Fnb chat and fica service useless
The chat is useless to resolve issues, i also had to wait 10 minutes fir them to respond and then when i am busy they drop the chat ...
They are the service provider being paid to wait fkr me ... they are nit god from above ... they can wait longer and shorten my waiting time ... after 49 minutes they gave me wrong info and dropped the chat
Pathetic
Next is probably closing the business accounts fkr fica while they are unable to assist properly

I cant even update my flippen banking feeds on sage because FNB has got auth problems and "working on it" is all I get!!!
I am so sick of FNB and the relationship with Sageoneline making business dealings sOOO troublesome ...
