FNB chat

I am highly disgusted with FNB in App Banker chat section.I tried to get assistance from the bankers to help me setup my bank feeds to my accounting software but all i got was NO SERVICE and to be sent from one department to the next without getting any Assistance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
