FNB charging R82 for every R100 withdraw at an ATM internationally

Took over 20 minutes for them to authorize my credit card for travel. I asked for costs before they did so and none were provided. After the fact they let me know they will charge me R82 for every R100 I withdraw. That's daylight *******
