FNB charging me for merchants settling late. Irritated no response even after enquiring

Where do I start. You know when you kept on being disappointed in a relationship and you decide to move out... That's FNB for me. Have been with this bank since from school. But lately I doubt their service. Every month am ****** and have to complain...instead you keep on getting auto reply or its been escalated

Have been charged almost +-1000 of charges, for what merchants selling the account late. Why is that my problem. When I swipe I swipe the MO eh I have as I know that you buy for 70rand and FNB will charge you 150 for unpaid funds. Ayikho imali why would I waiate it. FNB has made my life so difficult with these charges in that you remember you money in your account the next thing it's gone. Why. What irritates me worse I lost my job to retrenchment, instead of worrying about debts FNB just comes and take money I don't have.

Currently my account is in deficit with what.... Unpaid funds.. The is nothing that is so good in service as Communication when the is disagreement. Do they care no... Where is the banker that am paying for... Might not know most things they do but still I expect service.They take what I don't have.

Think looking for another bank is best would not worry about bankers fees
