FNB charging me for funds not used

Booked rental vehicle from Woodford Car Hire in Sept.19, after months of emails between FNB, Banking Ombudsmen and Woodford asking for my deposit. NOBODY - Especially my own Bank FNB can show me when these funds returned and basically tells me to accept this!!!
