FNB Charging me for delays in their system!!!
I made a payment with my card, the payment went through however on the banking it shows that it is reserved, keep in mind that during this time the account has money in it, FNB go ahead and charge me the account fees which takes the account into negative, then the amount used with the card is deducted but wait I get charged due to no funds in the card?!
FNB what the hell is this ****?! You people are utterly useless how can your system be so stupid and broken?!
If this is something that is going to happen you should not allow a payment to be made in the first place! You cannot hold me responsible for how you delay payments being processed and then charge me a negative fee?!

20 Dec 2019, 13:34So FNB's excuse for this is that I was suppose to ensure that the card had money in it, here is the thing FNB you cannot swipe with the card if there is no money in it!
Yet again FNB just don't give a **** about long term customers, this account will be cancelled and all my business including my home loan will be cancelled and moved from FNB, if FNB does not close the accounts I simply will not pay anything into them, my salary will not longer go towards it either.
