Fnb Charging extra on purchases I didn't make.

I had an unauthorized charge on my account that should not have been done, I did not have any money on my account so it shouldn't even have been able to be deducted off my account. I disputed it with the company and they refunded me for their mistake, but FNB still decided to charge me an "honoring fee" for a purchase I did not make. Just super disappointed with FNBs actions against some one who did not make any purchase and has next to no money during these trying times. It just seems like they do it to take extra money from people where they can.
