FNB charging exorbitant fees

I am being ridiculously overcharged for a basic Premier account. Every month I am charged an exorbitant R250 for my Premier account and an additional R68,80 for service charges. That is a total of R318,80 for a basic account.

I want the service charges revoked with immediate effect or I will close this bank account and take my services elsewhere.
