Fnb charging different prices for the same product.

I have been holding and trying to chat to a ebucks agent for more than an hour now. I am extremely upset with fnb and ebucks. They listed a laptop on the fnb which I purchased, I then checked ebucks online and the same laptop was marked down by 40 percent.

Surely this can not be write. It's the sake company charging different prices for the same product.

It seems like I am being avoided on fnb chat site.

This is not how you run a business and advertising a product.
