Fnb charging customers for nothing

I was charged for a new debit without my knowledge. Nobody told me that I had 4 weeks to pick up my card from the branch. I went to the Chatsworth Centre branch and was told that I will have to order another one. Now I see that I was charged a fee. Stop robbing customers. I will switch banks if you do not refund me
