FNB charges ******** service fees

I went through my business account, and discovered additional service fees from FNB on my business account. The FNB consultant said it was for my ewallet transactions. I have never paid for ewallet transactions, and its not even in my fee structure on my account. This is insane FNB - they are charging my R20 per ewallet transaction for the past months, ***?????? I want these fee reversed. I only picked this up now when I scrutinized my account. How is this possible that FNB just charges a person as they please, not acceptable!!!!! I f I knew this, I would have never used ewallet! And FNB does not even communicate this to a person, how disgusting! I want all these service fee amount reversed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
