FNB charges R500 excluding normal bank charges!!!!

Normally FNB charges me between R100 - R150 for Bank Charges (Abit crazy, but anyways it to much effort to move banks and WHO has time). In the normal instance my account goes into a negative, they charge R55 - R60 once off for an temporary overdraft facility, which isn't to bad. My account went into overdraft on the 20th October, since then FNB has charged me in FEES R225 on the 21st October, R200 on the 22nd and R25 on the 23rd. Total of R500 excluding the normal bank charges!!!! I mean is its like day light *******!!! When I spoke to Tshide,from the account queries department this morning, she could not explain how FNB has come to the amount of R500!!! She could not email me FNB's fee structure, She tells me if I want to know I will have to go into a branch to find out!!! Heres what I have to say, you see the Standard bank NEXT TO your branch??? that's where I will be going with my FNB PLATINUM account holder husband!
