FNB charges R2.50 for airtime

So FNB deducted R228.10 from my account, i decided to call and esquire and to my surprise i was told FNB charges R2.50 for every time i use my cellphone banking to buy airtime. This is madness and i want my money back. this is unacceptable and someone needs to deal with this nonsense.

I want my money back. This is *******.

I lodged this complaint last week and because FNB does not care, they haven't even tried to call me. I want my money back- this is *****ing from customers and they don't even care. i want my money back.
