Fnb charges high on a R200 withdrawal

I did a non fnb ATM withdrawal and was charged R86 for a R200 withdrawal. What the **** **** is this . I logged a case and I was told by the rep that it is related to the charges on the doc , what ****en answer is this . I spend R45000 per month with fnb . I want a ****en proper answer
