FNB charges for non-service

I told the branch that my Cheque card was long expired in 2014 but I was told that the card is valid until 2017. I said I never received this new card which valid until 2017. He then went ahead to cancel it and replaced a new one. But my account was immediately deducted by R120, which I was never informed of. In addition, my concern was that the system indicates that I have a valid card and indeed I don't. But he never bother to address my concerns but just went ahead to cancel and replace, with charges. Extremely disappointed with FNB's services!<br>
