FNB charges for credit card but won't activate it
Credit Card inactivated by FNB. The telephone staff all sound unmotivated, depressed and borderline suicidal. They keep on transferring me to a 'consultant' but I end up in the same telephone menu (incorrectly programmed with plenty of rabbit hole) and am unable to get a human being on the phone, who is willing or able to re-activate the credit card.
Seems like they'v learned their lesson from Eskom, who charge for the line, but are unable to sell me electricity. FNB charge for the use of their credit card, but are unable to activate the credit card.
