FNB charges fees and interest after settlement of loan

I have a loan with FNB and requested the settlement amount online on 1 October 2018. I paid the full amount immediately. A few minutes later I noticed my account is in arrears with R43.00. I logged a query online with FNB to query why there is still an amount due to FNB to settle after I paid the settlement received from them. The e-mail reply I received from Lucia was -

Please be advised that the R14.10 is a credit balance consisting of the interest amount. Kindly note that the Revolving Loan Admin fee of R57.50 was charged on the same date resulting in R43.40 balance.

Please advised if you wish to close the Revolving Loan account.

So my thinking is when you request a settlement amount on any account, all amounts should be included, which is not the case with FNB...

On 8 October 2018 I made another payment to this account of R44.00 to clear this R43.40 mentioned above because I just want to close this account.

When I tried to close the account after this payment it still didn't allow me to close the account because I now owed R13.68. I called FNB again to query (ref Rf ********** 3508) this when I was advised that this will be escalated to a manager.

Today, 12 October 2018 I received a call from an FNB agent (ref Rr ********** 2091) advising me that the manager will not waive this amount and it needs to be paid. I explained to the agent that I already tried to pay it this morning and the online banking does not allow me to settle and close the account. I said I would like to speak to her manager and she told me she will escalate the request and will receive a call within 24-48 hours.

FNB is not interested to help customers and their service and turn around time is shocking.
