FNB charges exorbitant prices for nothing - go to Capitec, their black card is more valuable than FNB private client

FNB discontinued its AA service without informing clients. I called to used the service and they told me they no longer offer this. I am a “Private Client” and I pay a ton of bank fees but they don’t care, I was stranded on the side of the road at 3am. Rather go to Capitec, they charge you for what you are getting. FNB charges high bank fees, they give you a stupid black card and then treat clients like ****.
