fnb charges

fnb charging mid-month when I opened the account was informed the account is exactly the same as the previous cheque account. my account is supposed to be charged last day of the month and fnb decided to bill me mid-month. sorry I cannot allow this. can I please get my money back today apparently your agent logged an inquiry and never stated that my money needs to be reversed back in the account on the 18th? can this be resolved asap REf ***Q
