Fnb charges

Fnb charges R150 for every transaction if you use your card when going through tollgates, they only put it through about 4 days later and if no money is in your account then they charge R150!!!!!! Totally unacceptable. Almost 3 times the original amount! I have laid complaints telephonically and via the internet. Phoned them today very rude call centre agent!!! I expect my money back or we can go to the ombudsman! I can understand if there is a fee involved but that amount is ridiculous!
