FNB charges customers for their lack of security

I have had an ongoing problem of R99.00 being debited from my account from an unauthorized debit order. I had done everything FNB requested which was to call the \supplier"and cancel the debit order with them. This didnt help as all the \""supplier\"" did was change their reference number. FNB then charges me R17.00 to cancel the debit order which I found totally unfair as this is the banks fault for allowing these ********** deductions from my account. Furthermore FNB only blocks the debit order for 30 days thus leaving my account vulnerable to further unauthorized debit orders."""
