FNB charges clients for consultants error.
We opened a Business Account Online with FNB with Acc Number: ********** 0015 however the consultant assisting us made a mistake when first opening the account and canceled the debit card that was issued on the account before we even received any forms, this then resulted in our account being billed for a New Debit Card that wasn't our fault.
After a long struggle all the Directors had to take off from work to go the FNB Branch and sort it out, after correcting the first consultants mistakes we were reissued with New Debit cards again and got billed for them again all because on FNB's consultants making errors on our account opening.
After requesting that the charges be removed, FNB has just ignored us.
