FNB CHARGES

Good Day

i have fnb for many years and never had an issue until recently i had a countless issues with fnb and their charges

almost every month i find my account on a minus figure saying that i owe fnb for something that i paid for example if i have r500-00 in my account and i used r200 to pay pre-piad power it says on my sms and up that i made a purchase of r200-00 and its received for that purchase then after a few days when you check your app you sitting with a minus r200-00 saying items not paid how is that even possible

i have been to the branch in briadene after arguing with guy he said that fnb process the pucrchase if there is no money which again is nonsense i cant pruchase something if i dont have money in my account surely if a didnt have funds in my account it would decline ,with the ecomony we in every cent counts and this is getting worse every month recently i found that i had to pay over r600-00 for something that was piad for already

my question is if the amount is resereved for that pruchased then it cant be used for anything else so where is that money going when i have to pay for it again

FNB USED TO BE A BANK WITH NO ISSUES BUT WITH THIS ISSUES IT MAKES YOU THINK ARE WE JUST BEING ROB EVERY TIME JUST FOR THEM TO COVER THEIR POCKETS
