FNB Charges are ************

I used the slow lounge on 10 Feb 2021. I am suppose to get two free visits a year on my Premier card..

For the last 3 years, every time I use the slow lounge FNB tries to deduct R250 for a stay that suppose to be free (included in benefits) and then I must call them to credit the charge.

Seems FNB are trying it on and hoping that clients do not look at their statements
