fnb charges are just ridiculous

I went to an fnb at carnival city to withdraw money inside the bank,firstly it took me about 45 min just to withdraw money,secondly i was not advised of the charges..i withdrew 25k and i was charged R750. I was not aware i was going to be charged this much for withdrawing my money..Fb is just too expensive
