FNB charges are enormous...

Last week Thursday I paid someone R200 via ewallet and only realized later that number I used was not in-service anymore, I requested FNB to reverse the ewallet payment...so that I'm able to pay to the correct cell number, to my surprise ..the fee to reverse the ewallet of R200 is R60. I was charged R60 (around 30% of the money I'm reversing. My total monthly fees for my FNB account is more than R500 and FNB still feels that they have to charge me around 30% to reverse R200.. I have being thinking of moving to Capitec Bank... I think this is the time to move my accounts...
