Fnb charges

Monday 26 April 2021 went to Cresta Fnb to ask for a reconciliation of loan accounts. This is to help me with all the bank charges as its really hard to pay off debt and the charges keep accumulating. The person helping me went on my profile and it says I am DISHONEST? I am a self employed hairdresser divorced and trying to recover still from lockdown. Yes debit orders did not go off as funds were low but I have nanaged to pay them all and settled with companies! So the bank has no interest in assisting me at all ! How is this not possible ? I am not asking for any money just help with consolidation or to save on bank charges!!
