FNB Charging me 44.5% interest rate p.a. on statements as appose to my current interest rate of 23.75% p.a. (50 % of statements have the correct 23.75% p.a. interest charge). The above complaint has been submitted twice directly to FNB and feedback received was of no relevance to my complaint, it is as if there was no understanding by the consultant about my request.
