FNB charges 100 x more for even less service

In August 2020 FNB unilaterally increased my monthly bank fee from R2,85 to R223. Atrocious! Furthermore, they also stopped sending me a monthly statement via email. I now have to download it on the app, but this means I cannot email it. You should be ashamed of yourselves, FNB. Charging me 100 x more, for WAY less. This is how FNB treats clients.
