FNB CHARGERS R110 FOR A R260 DEBIT ORDER UNPAID THAT THEY HAVENT PAID
Good day, after a 6day struggle to get my stuff that had to be paid by my covid loan extension paid for the 3rd month in a row, to my surprise i see that the debit order of FNB life was also trying to pull from my cheque account R290, and that was also to be paid by Covid-19 extension. However it was infact trying to take the money from my cheque account and as a result of the neglecting of that department I was hit with a R110 fee for unpaid debit order of R290. Thats ridiculous that I'm being charged almost the fee of the debit order itself as its not my fault this is not paid on time. There was and is a agreement in place to cover this all for the last month this month. Can you kindly ensure that this charges is reversed as its not my fault this has not been paid. Charge the person who didn't do their Job properly R110, Thank you
