FNB Charged R220.00 Honoring Fee for a transaction that funds were reserved at time of purchase

Hi, i have been having this issues since i changed to premier banking. i have logged a number of tickets via the App and here on Hello Peter on the 6th of September and 13 December Respectively and i honestly cant take this any more.

on the 24th of May i had a positive balance of R100.00 in my debit account. I swipped R89.00 (my balance became less R89.00) at Spar, which the merchant chose to only bank on the 26th when i had moved money out of the debit account.

FNB then charged me R220.00 to honor the transaction.

again i ask, why should i be penalized for the merchant not only banking late but when the money was reserved for the transaction at the time of purchase?

Please can I have the R220.00 refunded and can someone fix this issue once and for all for mew?

i don't mind not having the honoring facility. it has always never worked for me.

thanks
