Fnb charged me R200 for bank statement

I called fnb to request 2 months bank statement on 03/09/2020 as i cannot get it from banking app on online banking.. the told me they only charge R29 for statement So this morning when i check my balance i see fnb changed me for R200 for the statement.

I want my refund or i go to caught!!

Why is fnb doing this to its client?
