FNB Charged Declined Foreign Fee R8.50 Everyday!!

As of the 17th of Feb I have been receiving the following error Declined Foreign T4790 and with each error FNB charges me R8.50. This has now happened 6 times equivalent to R51 plus a debit order from uber eats to the amount of R65.65 which I have never purchased from as of last year but not even that amount. Can you confirm what is the reason for this error before I cancel my account completely as I see this as *****ing from your own customers.
