FNB Charge

So FNB Deduct without my authorization R267.50 Ref Connect Top Up Signup. So they stated they would reverse the transaction under ref 64443, Now my account had been sufficiently funded to cater for my Valid debit orders, needless to say that My Debit Order bounced for netstar for R205.75 as The R267.50 has not yet reflected in my account as yet and I have been charged R115 #Item Unpaid no funds, whose fault is it that I dont have funds FNB, why? Please reverse this charge and stop Debiting invalid transactions
