FNB changes to late estate accounts without warning!!

Went to FNB to open late estate account - key reason, to manage estate account online, since im in JHB and creditors in Western cape. Log into FNB today to do payments, but cant find late estate account??? Go to FNB, get told that FNB has revoked internet transactions on all late estate accounts, need to use cheque to pay creditors. No communication from FNB around this new "rule". Now i have no means of paying estate bills, and creditors wont accept cheques. Ask FNB to put this in writing, no one is willing to do so. So no one wants to take responsibility, and i still cant transact!!!
