FNB changes things and the I have to sort them out!!!!

For the past couple of weeks when trying to do a transaction on FNB internet banking I have not been getting my sms OTP’s and have had to request an email OTP. After submitting messages to FNB (twice, there was no response to the first message), I got an email from FNB saying I must go to an ATM and reset my OTP details, this despite the fact that NOTHING has changed on my side!!! When I objected and said that I had nothing to do with the change, I got the same response. Obviously, as with many customer care sites responding to their valued customers, the complaint/message is not read properly with the result that you receive an unsatisfactory response.
