FNB Changes Debit Order Date By themselves !!

I’ve recently, uhhm well not so recently changed Jobs and with moving onto this new opportunity my pay date also changed from the 20th to the 25th of which i became pro-active I’m letting my bank FNB know to avoid deductions to go through and asked if they could change the date ?

After trials and tribulations that lasted more than 2 weeks it was changed and ever since it was good.

Yesterday on the 20th the same deduction that I’ve requested to be changed from the 20th to the 25th was deducted ? I was so confused and it did not make sense at all as for the other previous months it was all good.

I called 3 times and well let’s just say it was not a day out on the beach, and it’s sad. Despite Covid 19 when providing a service just do it.

I’d like for the debit that went off from my account to be returned and to be deducted on the 25th as agreed and as it has been done previously where I took the time to have it adjusted.

I’m sure that the funds will be safely in my bank account by tomorrow of which I will keep safe for you FNB to deduct Monday the 25th of May to be deducted.
