FNB Changes Bond Account Types

Recently my Flexi Bond has been changed to a Home Loan account. I want to know why this has been done as no payments have ever been skipped and I have paid in much more money in than needed! The first consultant I spoke to said that there is a problem on the Home Loan Account's side and that it will be fixed soon - that was a blatant lie. It was only by the 3rd day of calling that I was told that I don't have a Flexi Bond anymore and that I can't deposit my money into the account as I have been trying to for the past week! I want to know when my bond is going to be changed back to the Flexi option I have had for the past 10 years or if I should move the bond over to another bank??? Hello Peter now seems the only way of resolving this as nobody at the bank seems to be willing to assist me. Going in to a branch does not even help!!!
