FNB changes account status due to expired card which they didn't deliver

So my Cheque Card expired in Nov 2022 and no one from FNB decides to call me regarding the delivery of a new card yet they contacted me to deliver the credit card. Didnt think anything of it until Ebucks advises me that my level dropped as i no longer hold an FNB Fusion Account.

FNB should take responsibility and resolve this matter urgently and ensure that my ebucks level and actual rewards are not compromised.

This is an internal issue and should be resolved as soon as possible.

Further to that Ebucks runs campaigns that they cannot follow through on. They encourage customers to use their virtual cards yet they claim otherwise and refuse to allocate the necessary rewards.

in this Case, i used my virtual card for checkers purchases and ebucks claims that i didnt. I had requested them to show me proof and send out a consultant to test this function as I am disputing their feedback totally. i even have actual receipts as my proof
