Fnb changed my Fnb card pin without my permission

This is embarrassing, and a setback, fnb sent me a garage card with faulty pin, when I call them they can't help, today I went to buy with their credit card they have changed my pin without my concern, I wonder if someone there is now trying to ***** my money as well, I am disappointed, frustrated, and enough with them, I need one of their supervisors to call me so that I can settle their accoun
