FNB CHANGED MY ATTORNEY TRUST ACCOUNT TO NORMAL BUSINESS ACCOUNT

so fnb business decided to close my trust account with account number *** without any notice, or communication, i found out that it was closed when i tried to make payment, after doing a follow, i went to this branch in deveyton and spoke to this useless branch manager who promised heaven and earth and told me that my account was going to be reactivated and he would call me, but h never did , after numerous attempts to reactivate it at my nearest branch, i decided to approach centurion branch, whereby i was eventual assisted , i must say, the staff at that branch are very professional and know what to do, unlike the deveyton branch, my account was reactivated, however , noticed that my trust account has now been convicted to be a normal business account, when i follow up with the centurion branch, i was advised that the person who closed my account, first converted my account to business , and it is only him who can convert it to its original trust, and at the Brach level they cannot change, i have followed up with the branch numerous times already up to date , it has not been changed and i am unable o rade as results of FNB negligence
