Terrible service I have been trying to lodge a claim on my scratch and dent policy for the past hour with no joy. I'm not sure if fnb just enjoy making money out of people. The centre agent called me and it was so simple to activate my policy yet to lodge a claim is impossible. No details were given and no contact numbers. So much of effort to get a claim done. You cant help me fnb.
