FNB change in service ethic

After enjoying the fantastic experience of banking both personal and business for the past ten years, it irks me to go to this medium for my voice to be heard.

As an predominant On Line client I do not have the need to frequent a branch, unless I need to TALK to someone!. My closest branch has just under gone a multi million rand revamp which was totally unnecessary. The result of this gross waste of money is a drop in "people to talk to" from six to two people, a raft of unused computers to to online banking which is normally done out of branch anyway!? The improvement has resulted in disgraceful waiting period which cost me money in time wasted let alone the totally the bank charges to collect a card in branch as opposed to being forced to receive it from an *********** courier service who cannot even spell let alone read a map. The nature of my work is mobile so the branch service is convenient for me the customer. I really empathize with the remaining employees of FNB, who are totally dis-empowered to meet the vision "how can we help you". This dictatorial and ruthless approach by FNB "to do as I say" is totally opposite to the great experience I have had for the the past ten years.
