FNB

Trying to open my account after years at FNB just to be told no you owe us money from years ago! They can not tell me what the debt is except that I owe the x amount and if I do not pay x amount my request to open a new account will stay denied. How can they try and claim clearly what it is "PRESCRIBED" debt?
