FNB - CESSION CANCELLATION LETTER - JUST CAN'T GET ONE

CESSION CANCELLATION LETTER - Never in my life did I ever imagine that it would be this difficult to get a Cession Cancellation Letter out of a Business the size of FNB. I have been trying since 03/05/2024 to get this letter, you cannot phone or speak to a consultant in the bank, it all has to be done via email. I have emailed *** - *** - *** - *** and nothing. I get the standard no reply email to say my email has been received and I will be contacted within 48 hours, All the mails have been received and read and nothing. I am totally fed up. How do I get a Cession Cancellation Letter for a Life Policy in my name from FNB. I am totally disappointed with FNB's service.
