FNB Centurion Branch - Poor Service

We have dealt with FNB previously and have received great service. But the same cannot be said for the Centurion Branch staff. My husband opened a new credit card account with FNB, and fetched it on Friday at the Centurion Branch (close to Debonairs). Upon receiving and activating the card, it didn't work, we had to go back into the branch to find out what was going on. We went from one person to the next and eventually had to phone the credit card Call Centre ourselves, staff not at all helpful.
