FNB Cell Service

FNB Connect: BAD SERVICE!

I cannot explain how frustrated I am with FNB regarding their Sim Card Service Connection! I have complained many times over the last couple of years and no one seems to know whats wrong or how to fix it! My husband and I both struggle with signal problem with the FNB Connect sim cards.

This week alone: I have not been able to get into my own yard (as I need to phone my gate motor for it to open)! My Husband sat outside our yard for an hour before another tenant came passed and called the gate to let him in! We had an EMERGENCY - (My sister suffers from life threatening seizures) and we struggled to get hold of emergency services! I buy my prepaid electric online and could not connect to the FNB APP - Even if I wanted to buy via my laptop I still need my phone to verify the purchase! My husband and I own a business - Clients are always complaining that they cannot get hold of us! -We cannot change our numbers as the numbers we hold are current on all our business branding. This is not just once a week or every other day - IT IS EVERYDAY! Some days are just worse than others. These problems also seem to escalate over month end. I have personally talked many people out of getting an FNB Connect sim card and will continue to do so until FNB can do something about this!

Very unhappy Customer

I am very interested to see how this will be different from the last 4 complaints i have submitted previously over the last two years. Looking forward to your "NEW" approach.
