FNB Cell banking App Causing Major Problems

On Saturday 16th September I opened the FNB banking app on my phone to check balances and transfer funds between accounts. Even though I entered my password correct I could not get access to my business bank account but could indeed access my private account. I concluded that my business account details in the app may have *******ed so I deleted and re-installed the app. When trying to enter my card and account details I kept getting an error message saying my details were invalid and eventually called the cell banking help service. While waiting for a consultant to assist I heard a recorded message saying that FNB IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM AND THAT WE NEED TO RESET OUR PASSWORD ON ONLINE BANKING. Eventually I got an assistant to help who said my cell banking profile has been blocked and I need to wait 48 hours before setting up my accounts. It is now 48 hrs past and I was able to set my private account up no problem but not my business account which still gives the message my cards etc details are incorrect. MY PROBLEM IS FNB HAVE A TECH PROBLEM WHICH IS NOW OUR THE CLIENTS PROBLEM CAUSING MAJOR INCONVENIENCE. WHAT ARE THEY NOT TELLING US HAVE THEY BEEN HACKED AND TRYING TO HIDE IT ? I USE MY PHONE BANKING REGULARLY EVERY DAY AND NOW HAVE TO CARRY MY LAPTOP WITH ME EXPOSING IT TO THE RISK OF THEFT ETC ALL BECAUSE FNB CANNOT SORT THEIR SYSTEM OUT. IS FNB PREPARED TO REPLACE MY LAPTOP SHOULD IT BE ****** I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!!! I NEED THIS SORTED AS A MATTER OF URGENCY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
