FNB

So I obtained credit from FNB in 2018 in the form of a personal loan and credit card of which I agreed to pay for a debt protection plan should I unfortunately not be able to fulfill my financial obligation. I'm now unemployed since December 2019 and after several calls and emails,the debt protection plan is no longer being considered to pay my installments and I've been handed over to Anders Attorneys whom I have accordingly advised of FNB's most ***********; rude; disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour and attitude toward me. I have never hated a bank like I do now. I need adequate assistance for this matter as I was promised that my debt protection plan would pay my installments for the year of 2020 without a hitch but to my dismay I've been handed over for the first time in my life and highly doubt I will find employment until this matter has been resolved. FNB is depleting my energy and surely sucking the life out of me!
