FNB CCD courier worst service ever

<p>Had an appointment to get delivery of my chueque card today between 09:00 an 11:00 I was told to excpect the card delevery am not sure if i was expected to stare at my phone for 2 hours while doing nothing, they called once at 10:36 I missed the call, I called back in 5 min to see where they where the drive rudely told he had left cause i didnt answer my phone of which he only called once, an my complex has security that call me to let visitors in an they say the was no one to delever anything for me cause they have to call me to let visitors in then drive rudely told me he left an will not be back at all. Ref: FRB ********** . By far thee worst courier service ever worse than the post office.</p>
